How Corporate Couture handles website visitor's data.

Effective Date: November 17th, 2023

About This Policy

User privacy and proper data handling are critically crucial to Corporate Couture ("us," "we," or "our"). This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") governs the website operated by Corporate Couture, located at https://corp-couture.com (collectively, the "Site"). We intend to outline our privacy policies for those users of the Site ("Visitors") who visit without transacting business and Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of our services (collectively, "Services") ("Authorized Customers").

By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data and information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you have questions, see the "Contact Us" section at the end of this policy document.

1. Personally Identifiable Information Collected

Personally Identifiable Information ("Personal Data") refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, such as, but not limited to, name, phone number, and email address. Personal Data does not include information collected anonymously (without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual. Corporate Couture does not sell any Personal Data.

Using the Site, we will only ask you to provide us with limited Personal Data to contact or identify you at your request. We will contact you if you interact, supply, and submit your Personal Data from our Contact Us form on the Site. Personal Data may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, subject, and message.

1a. Personally Data For Authorized Customers

We collect additional information from our Authorized Customers, including contact names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of contacts, the nature and size of the business, and the nature and size of the advertising inventory that the Authorized Customer intends to purchase or sell.

1b. Third-Party Organizations

In addition to our direct collection of information, our third-party service vendors (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses, and banks) who may provide such services as credit, insurance, and escrow services may collect this information from our Visitors and Authorized Customers. We do not control how these third parties use such information. We ask them to disclose how they use Personal Data from Visitors and Authorized Customers. Some of these third parties may be intermediaries that act solely as links in the distribution chain and do not store, retain, or use the information given to them. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

2. Usage Data Collected

Corporate Couture may also collect information ("Usage Data") on how the Site is accessed and used. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of the Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We do not directly use cookies or similar tracking technologies to follow Visitors' activity on the Site.

2a. Google Analytics Data and Cookies

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service offered by Google, to monitor and analyze Visitors' use of the Site. Google uses Usage Data collected to track and monitor the use of the Site. This data has the potential to be shared with other Google services. For example, Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its advertising network.

Corporate Couture does not directly use or include cookies on the Site. Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website or service, such as Google Analytics, and stored on your device. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to capture data. Google Analytics may also use tracking technologies like beacons, tags, and scripts to collect, improve, and analyze the Site.

For more information on Google's privacy practices, please visit https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is stored. You can opt out of having Google Analytics tags and code added to the Site experience anytime by clicking the "Decline" button when prompted to "Accept Cookies" on the Site Homepage.

3. Opt-Out

Corporate Couture will never disclose Personal Data to third parties for marketing purposes. We use Personal Data provided by Visitors or Authorized Customers for business and marketing communications or in client service to Authorized Customers. To opt out of having your Personal Data available to contact, see the "Contact Us" section at the end of this policy document.

Personal Data may be shared with other Authorized Customers who wish to evaluate potential transactions with other Authorized Customers. We may share aggregated information about our Visitors, including the demographics of our Visitors and Authorized Customers, with our affiliated agencies and third-party vendors. We also offer the opportunity to "opt out" of receiving information or being contacted by us or any agency acting on our behalf.

Another option is to opt out of having your activity on the Site available to Google Analytics by installing the "Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on" browser extension made by Google. The add-on prevents Google Analytics JavaScript from sharing information with Google Analytics about Visitors' Personal Data and Usage Data. Visit Google's Chrome Store at https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/google-analytics-opt-out/fllaojicojecljbmefodhfapmkghcbnh to learn more and install it on your browser.
